Domestic Processes

Classic
Raised edges with or without epoxy color-fill - colors can be pantone matched. Classic or Colonial Finish.
Hybrid
Classic process but with fine details digitally printed over larger areas of hand color-filled epoxy. Classic or Colonial Finish.
Digi-Cal
Full color decal on a custom base with raised edges, with or without epoxy dome. Classic or Econo Finish.
2D DigiPrint
Digital Printing on 2D Modeled, custom unplated metal base. Pantone matching is within CMYK standards.
Realism
Textured metal combined with digitally printed detailing to create a piece unique to an industry or product.
Classic Bling
Classic Process with translucent epoxy combined with glitter. Recommended on Classic or Colonial Finish.
Meta-Cal
Full color decal printed on metallic silver or gold tone paper. Epoxy dome reommended. Classic or Econo Finish.
DigiCal Bling
Full color Digital Print on glitter-filled epoxy dome. Pantone matching is within CMYK standards.
3D DigiPrint
Digital Printing on 3D Modeled, custom shaped, unplated metal. Pantone matching is within CMYK standards.
S.O.S. Line
Full color decal with epoxy dome on stock-shaped shiny finished base. Production time is 4-6 working days from art approval.
Classic Finishes
Shiny electroplated finishes that give a high-perceived value to any piece. Can be hand color-filled with pantone-matched epoxy or translucent epoxy with glitter for a Bling effect. A matte background is recommended on shiny finishes when there is no epoxy color-fill (this matte background is considered a color).

Offset Printed
Colors are imprinted onto a flat brass or steel surface. 4 color process allows for detailed designs, finished with a dome.
Cloisonné Plus
Known as imitation cloisonné and virtually indistinguishable from the real thing - at a much lower cost. 4 pantone-matched colors included.
Zinc Die Cast
Intricate detailing paired with custom cut-outs and hand color-fill. Pantone matching available. High perceived value at low cost.
PVC
A colorful way to animate any logo - PVC is flexible and very durable. 4 colors included in price. Pantone matching not available.
